Bu koşullar, Yakosoft Entertainment tarafından sunulan Binary Cube mobil oyununun ve yakosoft.com.tr sitesinin kullanımını düzenler. Oyunu indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

These terms govern your use of Binary Cube, the mobile game provided by Yakosoft Entertainment, and of the yakosoft.com.tr website. By downloading or using the game you accept these terms.

Oyunu kullanabilmek için reşit olmanız ya da yasal temsilcinizin iznine sahip olmanız gerekir. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız oyunu kullanmayın ve cihazınızdan kaldırın.

Oyun ayrıca indirdiğiniz mağazanın (Google Play veya Apple App Store) kendi kullanım koşullarına tabidir. Bu koşullarla mağaza koşulları çelişirse, mağaza koşulları o konuda önce gelir.

To use the game you must have reached the age of majority where you live, or have your legal guardian's permission. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the game and remove it from your device.

The game is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). Where these terms conflict with the store's terms, the store's terms prevail on that point.

Yakosoft size, oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla oynamanız için kişiye özel, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verir. Oyun satılmaz, lisanslanır; oyunun kendisine ilişkin tüm haklar Yakosoft'ta kalır.

Yakosoft grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to play the game for your own, non-commercial purposes. The game is licensed, not sold; all rights in the game itself remain with Yakosoft.

• oyunu tersine mühendislikle çözmek, kaynak koduna dönüştürmek veya değiştirmek;
• hile yazılımı, otomasyon botu veya bellek düzenleyici kullanmak;
• oyunu veya içeriğini izinsiz çoğaltmak, dağıtmak, satmak ya da başka bir üründe kullanmak;
• reklam gösterimlerini yapay olarak üretmek veya ödül sistemini istismar etmek;
• oyunun güvenlik önlemlerini ya da satın alma doğrulamasını atlatmaya çalışmak;
• oyunu yürürlükteki mevzuata aykırı biçimde kullanmak.

Bu maddelerden birini ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisansınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

• reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game;
• use cheat software, automation bots or memory editors;
• copy, distribute, sell or reuse the game or its content without permission;
• generate ad impressions artificially or exploit the reward system;
• attempt to circumvent the game's security measures or purchase validation;
• use the game in any way that breaks applicable law.

If you breach any of these, we may suspend or terminate your licence.

Oyundaki anahtarlar ve benzeri sanal öğeler, oyun içinde kullanılmak üzere verilen sınırlı bir kullanım hakkıdır. Bu öğelerin:

• gerçek dünyada bir parasal karşılığı yoktur;
• nakde, başka bir hesaba veya başka bir oyuna aktarılamaz;
• oyun dışında alınıp satılması yasaktır;
• miktarı, fiyatı ve kazanma yolları denge gerekçesiyle değiştirilebilir.

Önemli: oyunun bulut kaydı yoktur. Anahtar bakiyeniz ve ilerlemeniz cihazınızda tutulur; uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda, uygulama verisini temizlediğinizde veya cihaz değiştirdiğinizde bunlar kaybolur ve geri getirilemez. Tek istisna, mağaza hesabınıza bağlı olduğu için geri yüklenebilen Reklamsız hakkıdır.

The keys and similar virtual items in the game are a limited right of use inside the game. These items:

• have no monetary value in the real world;
• cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account or game;
• may not be bought or sold outside the game;
• may change in quantity, price and how they are earned, for balancing reasons.

Important: the game has no cloud save. Your key balance and progress are kept on your device; uninstalling the app, clearing its data or moving to another device loses them permanently. The one exception is the Ad-free entitlement, which is tied to your store account and can be restored.

Uygulama içi satın almalar Google Play veya Apple App Store üzerinden gerçekleşir. Ödeme, faturalandırma ve iadeler ilgili mağazanın kuralları ve iade politikası çerçevesinde yürütülür; biz ödemeye doğrudan aracılık etmeyiz.

Dijital içerik, tüketiciye anında teslim edildiği için tüketici mevzuatında cayma hakkı istisnaları bulunabilir. Bununla birlikte bir satın alma hatalıysa veya satın aldığınız öğe tanımlanmadıysa [email protected] adresine yazın; mağaza iade sürecinde size yardımcı oluruz.

Fiyatlar mağazada gösterilen para biriminde ve vergiler dâhil olarak geçerlidir ve zaman içinde değişebilir.

In-app purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment, invoicing and refunds follow that store's rules and refund policy; we do not process payments ourselves.

Because digital content is delivered immediately, consumer law may limit the right of withdrawal. Even so, if a purchase went wrong or an item you bought was not granted, write to [email protected] and we will help you through the store's refund process.

Prices are shown in the store's currency, include applicable taxes and may change over time.

Oyun reklam desteklidir. Ödüllü videolar isteğe bağlıdır; izlemeyi siz seçersiniz. Reklam içerikleri üçüncü taraf ağlar tarafından sağlanır ve bu içeriklerden sorumlu değiliz. Reklamların tamamen kaldırılması için oyun içi mağazadan Reklamsız hakkını satın alabilirsiniz; ödüllü videolar bu haktan sonra da isteğe bağlı olarak kullanılabilir kalır. The game is ad-supported. Rewarded videos are optional — you choose to watch them. Ad content is supplied by third-party networks and we are not responsible for it. To remove advertising entirely you can buy the Ad-free entitlement from the in-game shop; rewarded videos remain available afterwards, at your option. For detail on advertising data see section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

Oyunu geliştirmeye devam ediyoruz: bölümler, mekanikler, denge ayarları ve fiyatlar değişebilir; özellikler eklenebilir veya kaldırılabilir. Oyunun kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz. Oyunu ileride tamamen yayından kaldırmamız hâlinde bunu makul bir süre önce duyurmaya çalışırız.

We continue to develop the game: levels, mechanics, balancing and prices may change, and features may be added or removed. We do not promise that the game will run uninterrupted or error-free. If we ever withdraw the game entirely, we will try to announce it a reasonable time in advance.

"Binary Cube" ve "Yakosoft" adları, logolar, oyun tasarımı, bölümler, grafikler, arayüz, müzik ve ses efektleri üzerindeki haklar Yakosoft'a veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Bu koşulların size açıkça tanımadığı her hak saklıdır.

Oyundaki bazı ses efektleri ve müzikler CC0 lisanslı kaynaklardan alınmıştır; bunların kaynakları uygulama paketinde belirtilmiştir.

The names "Binary Cube" and "Yakosoft", the logos, game design, levels, artwork, interface, music and sound effects belong to Yakosoft or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you in these terms are reserved.

Some sound effects and music in the game come from CC0-licensed sources; their origins are credited inside the application package.

Oyunun görüntülerini video, canlı yayın ve sosyal medya içeriklerinde kullanabilirsiniz; bu içerikleri platformların ortaklık programları üzerinden paralaştırmanıza da izin veriyoruz. Yalnızca oyunu resmî olarak temsil ettiğiniz izlenimi vermeyin ve oyun dosyalarını doğrudan dağıtmayın.

You are welcome to use footage of the game in videos, live streams and social posts, and to monetise that content through the platforms' partner programmes. Please just do not imply that you officially represent the game, and do not redistribute the game files themselves.

Oyun, yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Belirli bir amaca uygunluk, kesintisizlik veya hatasızlık konusunda açık ya da zımni bir garanti verilmez. Bu madde, tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz ve sözleşmeyle sınırlanamayan yasal haklarınızı etkilemez.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. This clause does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer, which cannot be limited by contract.

Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde Yakosoft; dolaylı zararlardan, veri kaybından, kâr kaybından veya ilerlemenizin kaybolmasından sorumlu değildir. Her hâlükârda toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki 12 ay içinde oyun için bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Kasıt ve ağır ihmal hâlleri ile mevzuatın sınırlandırılmasına izin vermediği sorumluluklar saklıdır.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yakosoft is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit or loss of your progress. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim arose. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any liability that law does not allow to be limited, is unaffected.

Oyunu istediğiniz zaman cihazınızdan kaldırarak bu sözleşmeyi sona erdirebilirsiniz. Koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisansınızı sonlandırabiliriz. Sözleşme sona erdiğinde 4., 8., 10., 11. ve 13. maddeler yürürlükte kalır.

You may end this agreement at any time by removing the game from your device. We may terminate your licence if you breach these terms. Sections 4, 8, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye'deki yetkili mahkeme ve icra daireleri görevlidir. Tüketici sıfatıyla, bulunduğunuz yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetine veya tüketici mahkemesine başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the competent courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye have jurisdiction. As a consumer, your right to bring a claim before the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live is unaffected.

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellenmiş sürüm bu sayfada yayımlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer; önemli değişiklikleri oyun içinde de duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra oyunu kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

We may update these terms. An updated version takes effect when it is published on this page, and material changes are also announced in-game. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
